Centrally located, on a quiet side street steps from Commercial Street's shops, restaurants, and clubs, Chicago House is a cozy 3/4 Cape converted to a guest house nearly fifty years ago.

Our 9 rooms are modest in size, nicely furnished and affordably priced: six rooms have private baths, three share a bath. A comfortable living room has a fireplace, large screen TV, VCR & DVD, and opens to a front porch perfect for people watching.

We serve an ample continental breakfast each morning.

Rates are per room, 2 persons/room (except twin rooms); rates do not include the 9.7% MA Hotel Tax.
Payment: we accept Mastercard, Visa, & cash; personal checks are accepted for initial deposit.
Reservations confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit; balance due upon arrival.
Cancellations: deposits refundable ONLY with 21 days notice OR re-rental on the same terms.
Minimum stays: July & August weekends, 4 nights; Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends, 4 nights; 4th of July, 5 nights; Carnival, 5 nights; New Year's, 3 nights.
